We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality skincare products. However, due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
1. Eligible Returns
You may request a return or replacement only if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Return Process
- Email us at support@snowwbob.com with your order ID, reason, and product photos.
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility for replacement/refund.
- Approved returns will be picked up by our courier partner.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our end.
