We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality skincare products. However, due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.

1. Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Return Process

  • Email us at support@snowwbob.com with your order ID, reason, and product photos.
  • Our team will review and confirm eligibility for replacement/refund.
  • Approved returns will be picked up by our courier partner.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our end.
